ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS SOLE TOP POP SEATED LIBERTY PROOF DIME! Slab does have VISIBLE scratches in lower REVERSE viewing area. We do note a anomaly at the top of the left side(facing) wreath. Looks mintmade, not friction, probably due to a heavily worn out reverse die or a die obstruction during minting. Finest at pcgs by a full grade and Absolutely beautiful in hand!
